Will I receive a confirmation of my order?

Once your order has been successfully placed, you will automatically receive an order confirmation by email within a few minutes.

If you haven't received a confirmation after a while, please check your spam or junk mail folder first. If nothing is there, please contact our customer service . We're happy to help you verify that your order has been placed correctly.

Can I change my order?

It is not possible to make changes to an order that has already been placed.

Please contact our customer service as soon as possible and provide your order number and the product you require. We'll be happy to discuss the options available to you.

Is it possible to cancel my order?

It is not possible to cancel your order yourself via the website.

If you still want to cancel your order, please contact our customer service as soon as possible. Please include your order number so we can look up your order and process the cancellation quickly.

How do I use my discount code?

You can easily enter your discount code during checkout.

Once you've added all the products you want to your cart, proceed to the checkout screen. Below your order summary, you'll see a field labeled "Discount code" or "Gift card code ." Enter your code and click "Apply." The discount will then be automatically applied to your order total.

How long does it take for my order to ship?

Orders will be shipped within two business days .

Please note that orders placed on Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays will not be processed; they will be shipped the next business day.

Within how many days can I return my order?

You have the right to return your order within 14 days of receipt. Please ensure the products are unused and returned in their original packaging.
