How can I return my order?

1. Complete the return form
You'll receive a returns form with your order. Please complete this form carefully and return it along with the items you wish to return. This form allows us to process your return quickly and efficiently.
2. Pack the return package
Carefully package the products and the return form. It's important that the products are returned undamaged and in their original packaging. Have you worn the shoes? Unfortunately, we cannot accept such returns.
3. Create a return label
You can create a return label digitally through a carrier of your choice, or write the address clearly on the package. Shipping costs are at your own expense.

4. Hand in your return package
Once you've completed the steps above, you can return the package to the carrier of your choice. Always keep your shipping receipt until your return has been processed!
If your return meets the conditions, the amount due will be credited to your account within 14 days.
